ABOUT ME

I’m Amy Abshier, born and raised here in Southern California! I’m one of the first certified 305 Fitness instructors in the area and I’m SO excited to bring the joy, energy, and sweat of the workout to Orange County! I grew up dancing, but really blossomed when I led a dance group and started teaching group fitness in college. Come dance it out with me and let’s #MakeSweatSexy!
